POSTNATAL MASSAGE
Whether you have experienced a vaginal birth or have had a caesarean section, a postnatal massage has been shown to be effective for a quicker recovery and better health after the birth of your baby. Often the focus is on the baby postnatally but mummy’s need a bit of attention too! (massage is good for baby’s as well).In some cultures mothers and babies are massaged straight from birth!
A massage will relax and support the changes emotionally and physically in your body from pregnancy to motherhood. Soothe your aches and pains.
Following a healthy pregnancy and birth of your baby, without any major complication, a massage can be given as soon as you feel ready.
The massage takes an hour and 15 minutes and the cost is £50.

If you have had a cesarean section you will usually need to wait 6 weeks.
You will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to the massage.
